My technician arrived on time and was very communicative about when he would come. I was able to do some work instead of waiting around for his arrival. He was very friendly and had everything he needed with him to do the repair. He explained what he wanted to fix and was upfront about the cost so there were no surprises. He fixed everything quickly. The process was seamless and efficient. I appreciate that he was careful not to let our pets out of the yard, and he even pet and interacted with our big, dumb dog, which was very sweet. Four Seasons came out the same day. The garage opener was hanging by 1 screw. I had never looked up to notice. I saw a screw on the garage floor.. He hung it correctly by placing a steel bar on the ceiling, to enable the opener to be screwed into the studs. It is secure.It had been installed in 2016. Garages Unlimited had installed it. Four Seasons bought Garages Unlimited. My installation warranty was up.

Cable detached from the wheel. Called Four Seasons in the morning and they came out same day early afternoon. The technician, Michael C was very knowledgeable and efficient. He not only fixed the problem, but also did a little of fine tunings. After repairing, opening and closing the door becomes so quiet. Definitely a 5-star work.

I called in the morning around 10 am and had a service provider, Oz, come out at 2 pm the same day, talk about fast and quality customer service!Oz was extremely friendly and knowledgeable when walking me through the different options for our new garage door spring.The service was completed within 30 minutes and the results were amazing! I called four seasons garage doors to come and help me with my garage door because the spring broke. They sent out their technician first thing in the morning which was great. MJ was very professional very attentive. He did a great job. He explained everything to me with what was going on with my garage door, he went into detail. He broke down the numbers he didn’t try to rip me off, gave me a great deal and we took it from there so if you need someone to come look at your garage door, I would recommend four seasons garage doors. Four Seasons came out today to replace our very old and noisy garage door opener. Our technician Sal called to tell us he was on his way. Once here, he explained the differences between the openers, made everything very easy to understand and answered every question. After the new opener was installed, Sal recommended we replace the wheels on the garage door as it would make the door even quieter than it was. We agreed and had him install the new wheels. The door now opens and closes great and is so quiet. Sal did an awesome job, we highly recommend Sal and Four Seasons Garage Door.

We just moved into a new (to us) house a month ago. Over the weekend, one of the garage doors broke one of its cables that holds the door up. This caused it to tilt and not close properly. Last night, I looked up repairmen in my area, came across Four Seasons, booked online, and had someone come out this morning. Problems were fixed, the door is working beautifully, and Oz didn’t try to upsell me on anything, which I greatly appreciated. He asked how much we would be using the door and recommended the appropriate spring mechanism for our low usage, instead of trying to sell us on the more expensive one.All in all, I could not be more pleased with how the interaction went - from the extremely easy online booking process, to the communication and timeliness of Oz, to the quality of work done. We may replace our doors in the near future, and I can guarantee that Four Seasons will be the first place we contact.
