Garage Technician showed up on time and was well versed in garages and remotes. He gave me three options and I went with the least expensive option as I wasn’t ready to replace the motors with keypad and all of that just yet. He did qualify work and if a similar matter exists, I will definitely call upon Four Seasons Garage Doors and specifically ask for this Technician as he did stellar work and very expeditiously. Great job! But in the future as a first time customer and a senior citizen I would like at least a 10% Discount!

I had to have them come out twice. The first repaired the hardware and general servicing. They gave me a $300 discount for getting both doors done. The 2nd call-out was because my old opener fried. That needed replacement but I asked to have the other one replaced as well. They gave me a $250 discount off of this. Both discounts came without haggling or even asking. The tech just said, "let me see what I can do for you." after giving me the price. Tech was super friendly and had 2 days of working in crazy cold temps. Went through everything done both times and showed me how everything works with the Q system.
